1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you (and, if you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, that organisation) and Klovant Tech Private Limited. You represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organisation.

2. The Service

ChiselIQ is an AI-native citation, content and AEO/GEO operations system for SEO that runs on top of Claude Code. It prepares submission-ready content packages; it does not autonomously submit them. The Service is provided on the basis described on this website and in our documentation, and may be updated over time.

3. Human-in-the-loop responsibility

ChiselIQ is deliberately built so that a human reviews and submits. You are responsible for reviewing, approving and submitting any content prepared with the Service, and for ensuring it complies with the policies of any third-party site, applicable law, and search-engine and platform guidelines.

• ChiselIQ does not create accounts, post forms, or solve CAPTCHAs on third-party sites.
• Any submission you make on a target site is your action and your responsibility.
• We make no guarantee of rankings, citations, indexing, acceptance, or any specific outcome.

4. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Produce or distribute spam, deceptive, plagiarised, or misleading content, or content that violates a third party's rights.
• Fabricate reviews, credentials, bylines, or citations, or misrepresent authorship or sourcing.
• Circumvent the Service's human gates, provenance requirements, or quality controls to mass-produce low-quality content.
• Violate the terms, policies or technical measures of any third-party website or platform.
• Break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

You are responsible for the content you generate and how you use it.

6. Your content & clients

Content, briefs, drafts, packages and trackers you create with ChiselIQ are yours. As between you and Klovant, you retain all rights to your content and your clients' data. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to process your clients' information and to publish the content you prepare.

7. Third-party services

The Service runs on Claude Code and may integrate optional third-party tools (e.g. keyword/SERP providers, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, WordPress, or a local model endpoint). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and Klovant is not responsible for third-party services. You are responsible for any credentials and costs associated with them.

8. Fees & billing

ChiselIQ is offered on custom pricing based on your client volume, seats and support needs. Applicable fees, billing cycle and payment terms will be set out in your order or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for. Core content generation runs through your own Claude Code subscription and is billed by Anthropic, not by us.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding and documentation, is owned by Klovant Tech Private Limited and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms and any applicable licence, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes. "ChiselIQ" and "Klovant" and associated logos are marks of Klovant Tech Private Limited; you may not use them without permission.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content, audit grade, visibility metric or outcome will be accurate or achieve any result. AI-generated output may contain errors and must be reviewed by you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klovant Tech Private Limited and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Klovant Tech Private Limited, its officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, the content you prepare or publish, or your breach of these Terms or any third-party rights or policies.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platforms you interact with. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 6, 9–12 and 14) will survive.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights, the courts located in India will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
